Our commitment
Software that acts inside your environment needs clear rules. These are ours, and they apply to AlphaOps, to OpsGIS and to every person on our team.
We never act without your authorization
OpsGIS only runs an action at the level you chose for it, per server and per environment: not allowed, recommend only, needs approval or does it on its own. Server restarts and system updates always go to the maintenance window, with double approval.
Everything has proof, and almost everything can be undone
Each action records what it did, why, the state before and the state after. Reversible actions have an undo button. If before and after are the same, we say it was already correct, without inflating numbers.
Your data is yours
We use the data from your environment only to run your environment. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
Hosted in Brazil, one database per customer
Each customer has its own database, separate from all others, hosted in Brazil. When a service we use has no Brazilian region, we say which one in the Privacy Policy.
We tell the truth about your environment
Each vulnerability comes with a verdict and evidence: affects you, already fixed, not on this server or under watch. No scary lists to sell more. If we do not know, we say so.
Our team only gets in when you let us
Support access to your environment in OpsGIS needs your authorization, has a time limit, ends on its own and is recorded in the audit trail.
You are never locked in
Every table exports, and the full history comes out in a signed package that any auditor can verify. If you leave, you take what is yours.
